Gerard (“Gerry”) Nealon, aged 47, is a Chartered Chemist holding the degrees of B.Sc. (Hons.) in Biochemistry and M.Sc. in Forensic Science.

Gerry has approximately twenty five years of work experience, primarily in the areas of forensic science, quality systems, risk management, research & development, corporate governance and due diligence. Gerry was initially employed by Government agencies, primarily within the UK and Australia, prior to moving into the private sector and founding his own consulting Company in 1994. His main areas of operation have principally related to Australia, South Africa, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and the USA, having previously held the positions of Chairman with Sylvania Resources Limited (listed on AIM and ASX) and Commercial Manager with Dwyka Diamonds (listed on AIM and ASX). Gerry is also currently the Chairman of Bezant Resources plc. (listed on AIM).

Grant M. Button
Chief Executive Officer

Mr Button is a qualified accountant and has significant financial and other commercial management and transactional experience.

Mr Button was appointed as a Director in 2006 and was appointed as CEO of the company on 16 July 2007. Aged 45, Mr Button has 16 years experience at a senior management level in the resources industry. He has acted as an Executive Director, Managing Director, Finance Director, CFO and Company Secretary of a range of publicly listed companies. Mr Button was formerly an Executive Director of Sylvania Resources Limited until his resignation on 21 June 2007. He is also a Director of Washington Resources Limited (appointed 2005) and Morningstar Holdings (Australia) Limited (appointed 2007).

Darryl Lynton - Brown
Non-Executive Director

Darryl has been involved within the Mining Industry for nearly forty years.

Darryl has predominantly been involved with corporate development and promotional activities relating to a large number and range of business ventures, where he has been most instrumental with their initial setting up activities, along with attracting associated institutional investors.

Darryl is also currently a Director of Pelican Resources Limited, having been a Founding Director of this Company since their official listing date on the ASX during January of 2002.

Michael Mcmahon
Non-Executive Director

Mr Mcmahon was appointed as a non-executive director on 1 December 2009. Mr McMahon is a successful Sydney businessman.

Mr Mcmahon has not held any other directorships in the previous 3 years.
